NessGate is a neutral public registry that maps a verified domain name to a single URL chosen by that domain's owner. NessGate does not host, store, review, endorse, or control the content available at registered URLs. Each listing is created, updated, and removed solely by whoever proves control of the corresponding domain.
2. Registering a listing
You may register a domain only if you control it. You are responsible for the URL you register and for the content served at it, including its accuracy and legality. You must not attempt to register domains you do not control, interfere with the verification process, or circumvent rate limits.
3. Public data
Registered mappings (domain, URL, verification date) are published openly and may be accessed, cached, and redistributed by anyone, including through the public API.
4. Our rights
We may remove or refuse any listing at our discretion — for example listings used for abuse, malware distribution, phishing, unlawful content, or impersonation — and may suspend access that threatens the integrity or availability of the Service.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. NessGate is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any registered URL. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NessGate's liability arising from use of the Service is limited to zero; the Service is free of charge.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
