By using nessgate.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
NessGate is a free, public, read-only resolver. Given a domain, it reads the machine-readable resources that domain already publishes at standard public locations and returns one normalized answer, with a link back to each source on the domain. NessGate reads the domain live on each request. It does not host, store, review, endorse, or control the resources it finds, and it makes no claim of ownership, accuracy, or safety about them. There are no accounts and there is nothing to register.
2. Acceptable use
The Service is offered for reasonable, good-faith use. You must not exceed published rate limits, attempt to overload or disrupt the Service, or use it to facilitate abuse. We may apply rate limits and other technical measures to keep the Service available for everyone.
3. The domain owner is responsible for what they publish
NessGate only reads and normalizes what a domain publishes; it does not create or alter that content. The domain owner is solely responsible for the resources they publish, including their accuracy, availability, and legality.
4. Our rights
We may suspend or restrict access that threatens the integrity or availability of the Service — for example abusive traffic — and may decline to serve requests at our discretion.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. NessGate is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any resource it reads from a third-party domain. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NessGate's liability arising from use of the Service is limited to zero; the Service is free of charge.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
